Refund policy

At The Pantry House, your satisfaction is important to us. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be unused and in its original condition.
• Be returned in its original packaging.
• Include all accessories and manuals (if applicable).

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Used products
• Damaged items caused by misuse
• Items without original packaging
• Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the item and packaging

We'll arrange a replacement or refund after reviewing your request.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
